We follow a three-step plan: Design, Manufacture and Deliver.
Firstly, our ColourWay design team talk to you about your product and your story. We find out what is important to your brand and your customers. This allows us to tailor your packaging to your target market and retail channels. Our team take pride in tailoring the packaging to your product brief to ensure it stands out in a competitive market. You will then receive a packaging sample. This is truly the best, and only, way to see what your packaging will look like and whether it makes the impact you intended. You can then see how your product will look in the packaging and see if any changes are needed. Our in-house design team can then make any design amendments or add some pack personalisation. The ability to design both print and box structure without the need for tooling, significantly reduces the potential lead times and enables us to offer a quick response to the ever-changing market needs, be that a promotional pack at short notice, packaging for exhibitions, or a last minute need to print text. You are in control of the quantities you order and we will suggest the most suitable printing processes. Our capabilities mean that you can grow your business with us, so scalability is no problem.
When you are happy with your packaging our manufacturing team take over the baton and they will produce your packaging. We always welcome our customers to our sites in Exeter and Peterlee to see their packaging being made. It’s all part of the story of your product, which your customers love to hear about. Finally, our delivery team carefully label up your packaging and load up our BoxWay Packaging vehicles and deliver your packaging to your premises.
